“Participants of Business Class were confronted with important elements of our society, notably the concept of economic class and luck, and were in turn, provided the space to introspectively explore and share the ideas and emotions evoked through the experience. Despite operating in a safe environment, it was unsettling at times to see how people so easily transformed into their assigned roles, exhibiting both entitlement and envy, while others were caught up in the feeling of guilt driven by the impact flying has on global warming. The experience inspired an insightful discussion during the flight and has lingered with me, eliciting further reflection on the topics and a deeper exploration of my moral compass.”
